Recruiting : National Sales Directors

Job description 
You will be responsible for the development of our `LTM Compliance 'Officers instructing
and providing sales support to deliver enhanced services and assist with client and
market education as required.
Attending to seminars, exhibitions and recruitment of local operatives to offer and conduct front line services, you will be instrumental managing corporate accounts and generally assisting 'LTM Compliance' operatives with their business model and activities to grow market share.
Reporting directly to the board this is an interesting and varied senior position to mould, adapt and utilise those sills, knowledge and contacts you will have previously gained to
their maximum benefit. significant progress will be made in the short term and you will
help influence and contribute to activities, strategies and future policy working
alongside professionals.  
Desired Skills and Experience
As Senior regional Sales Director you will have:
  • Proven success and ability to build upon existing structure.
  • Develop and manage Compliance Officers providing front line services
  • Salaried or equity based we have an overriding commission structure for further reward.
Discipline, Dedication and Determination will be your main attributes that
will have underpinned
your proven track record to date.
Imaginative, forward thinking and multi skilled are qualities that will enable
you to fully explore
and develop the role.
Professional, confident and self motivated you will have excellent
